Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Colligo (“we”, “us”) helps you gather, track, and manage your job search in one place. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
01Information we collect
When you create an account we collect basic profile details — your name and email — through our authentication provider. As you use Colligo, we store the job postings you save, the application statuses you set (saved, applied, interviewing, offer, and so on), and any notes or preferences you add to organize your search.
02How we use your information
We use your information to provide and maintain the dashboard, sync your saved jobs and statuses across sessions, surface relevant postings, and send the alerts you opt into. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate Colligo.
03Service providers
We rely on trusted infrastructure partners for authentication, data storage, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and only to the extent required to deliver Colligo to you.
04Data retention & your choices
Your data remains available for as long as your account is active. You can edit or delete saved jobs and statuses at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We retain only what is necessary to provide the service or to meet legal obligations.
05Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your data can be sent to privacy@colligo.app.
